Can I view and try out the BERG go-karts before buying?

Absolutely! Our physical outdoor show site in Turlough, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, is one of the only dedicated showrooms in Ireland. We highly encourage families to visit us so their children can test drive different sizes (from the Buzzy up to XL frames) to guarantee a perfect fit

How does your Free Assembly service work?

Our free assembly service is exclusive to orders collected in person at our showroom. If you select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout, our team will fully build and safety-check your BERG go-kart. It will be 100% ready to drive away the second you arrive, completely avoiding any flat-pack building hassle at home.

Does online delivery arrive assembled?

No, standard national couriers cannot transport fully assembled karts due to size and safety constraints. All orders shipped directly to your home arrive securely flat-packed in original, heavy-duty cardboard packaging. They include clear, step-by-step instructions and all necessary tools for straightforward home assembly.

How long does shipping take if I order online?

Because we hold our own physical inventory on-site, in-stock items are dispatched immediately with 48-Hour Nationwide Delivery across Ireland. If an item is a specialized configuration or temporarily out of stock, it will be fulfilled as a special order within 7 to 10 working days.

Which BERG go-kart is right for my child?

The best BERG go-kart depends on your child’s age and height:

  • BERG Buzzy: Ages 2–5, approximately 85–115 cm tall
  • BERG Reppy: Ages 2.5–6, approximately 95–125 cm tall
  • BERG Buddy: Ages 3–8, approximately 100–130 cm tall
  • BERG Rally: Ages 4–12, approximately 110–150 cm tall
  • BERG XL and XXL: Ages 5+, with models suitable for older children, teenagers and adults

Every child grows differently, so we recommend checking height as well as age.

What is the difference between the BERG Buzzy, Reppy, Buddy and Rally?

The BERG Buzzy is the smallest model and is designed for young children starting from approximately 2 years old. The Reppy is slightly larger and has a low, sporty seat. The Buddy introduces air-filled tyres and the BFR braking and reverse system, while the Rally is larger again and suitable for older children up to approximately 12 years old.

Can adults use a BERG go-kart?

Yes. BERG XL and XXL go-karts are designed for children aged 5 years and older, with adjustable seating that also accommodates many teenagers and adults. Check the height range and maximum user weight on the individual product page before ordering.

What is the BERG BFR system?

BFR stands for Brake, Freewheel and Reverse. It allows the rider to pedal forwards, coast while keeping the pedals still, brake using the pedals and reverse after coming to a stop.
